Based on the historical industrial character of Obersendling, the FABRIK forms a connection between the past and the future. The materials of the façade, consisting of steel, brick, metal and glass, are derived from the companies that used to be based in the district and reflect the previous industrial use. In combination with a modern building standard, a representative office building with an attractive facade that creates identity is created. Modern working environments for up to 1,000 employees are being created on around 20,000 m² of rental space and the modern building standard focuses on energy optimization, sustainability and digitization. With regard to the equipment and the choice of materials, the FABRIK also sets standards and leaves nothing to be desired.
