Liability for Content

Great care has been taken when preparing the contents of our website. We cannot, however, guarantee that contents are accurate, complete or up-to-date.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to Section 7 (1) Telemedia Act (TMG). We are not, however, obliged as a service provider pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 TMG to monitor external information communicated to us or stored, or to research into circumstances which point to an unlawful activity. This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general law. Liability of this nature is, however, only possible once a concrete infringement has become known. We shall remove contents directly as soon as respective infringements are known to us.

Liability for Links

Our site contains links to external third party websites, whose contents we are not able to influence. We are therefore also unable to assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the website is always responsible for the content of linked pages. The linked pages were examined for possible infringements at the time of linking. No unlawful content was detected when the material was linked. However, permanent checking of content of the linked pages without concrete indications of an infringement would be unreasonable. Such links will be removed immediately if infringements become known to us.
