The ATMOS is an innovative office building, only ecologically harmless building materials were used and resource-saving technology with groundwater is used for cooling and heating.

The office areas are divided according to the tenants wishes and are equipped to a high standard with standing or suspended ceiling lights, cavity floors with double routes in the corridors, cabling (to be checked by the tenant), thermo-active ceilings with ventilation and edge zone temperature control (reducing additional costs) and external sun protection. The underground car park has a total of 271 parking spaces, and there are storage areas in the basement. The Green Building has a DGNB silver certification.
