A new urban district is being developed on the former Airbus site in Unterschleißheim, modeled after the existing Munich:Garching Business Campus. The 170,000 sq m site will offer space for approximately 4,000 jobs in offices, shops, restaurants, and service providers. From traditional offices to research and development facilities, a wide range of uses will find their place here. A park-like area with water features, designed to be open and accessible, offers excellent infrastructure not only to its tenants. A company restaurant and a conference center of approximately 1,200 sq m are available to tenants.

The spaces will be divided according to tenant requirements and fitted with carpeting. Lighting will be provided by recessed grid lamps. Raised access flooring and external sunshades are included. The spaces can be cooled using the cold water well located on the site, reducing operating costs. The stated floor area includes approximately 14.9% common areas.
