Description

Where once light metal flowed, innovations are to be created in the future. The Garching foundry not only functions as a modern research location, but is also the answer to environmentally friendly, future-oriented construction: even more flexible, even more sustainable, even more innovative. Façade elements made of wood and aluminum bridge the gap between the future and the past. With individual room concepts and park-like outdoor facilities, a corporate property with a campus character is being created in which tenants from a wide variety of sectors can feel comfortable. In total, the almost 22,000m² are divided into three parts of the building. Production areas, flex areas and pure office use are possible.
