Description

The stand-alone Vertical Garden an office building with its outstanding architecture (green facade and loggias, terraces) and representative foyers, is being built as a sustainable new office building. Completion could take place in 2026 and it is planned to achieve Leed Platinum, Wired Core and ESG certification. The ground floor with a ceiling height of 4.20 m and a load capacity of 10 kN is very suitable as a research and development area, showroom, etc. The property with trees is designed for a possible stay during breaks. It goes without saying that you can generate your own energy via a photovoltaic system on the roof. The intended load capacity of 10 kN on the ground floor and 5 kN on the upper floors can still be adjusted. In order to achieve a greater room height, part or all of the false ceiling from the ground floor to the 1st floor can be omitted. From 2028, Deutsche Bahn has planned a new S-Bahn stop (Nordring) with a connection to the S1 Moosach approximately 300 - 400 meters away from the property.
