The modern ‘Terrano’ office building consists of two interlocking cubes of different heights. The striking façade design consists of dark New India granite, light-coloured sand-lime brick and alternating window rhythms. The representative, light-flooded foyers showcase the materials and structures used, including archaic, rough shell limestone, high-gloss black glass mosaic on the columns, bronzed mirrors and stainless steel.

The office space on the 5th floor offers a fantastic roof terrace for exclusive use, while the 4th floor has a roof terrace for general use. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow a view of the garden atrium of the Arnulfpark urban oasis and ensure a bright and friendly working environment. Cabling is routed through a cavity floor. Thanks to the room depth of 5 metres and the 1.35 metre grid, the units can be divided up very flexibly. The room heights are between 3 m and 3.5 m. In addition, there is external electric sun protection and a cooling system for the building. Storage space as well as duplex and individual parking spaces are available for rent in the basement.
