The "arabeska" office building was completed in 2010 and impresses with its extraordinary architecture with dynamic shapes and flowing lines. As a characteristic solitaire, the freely shaped and curved building forms a structural accent in the Arabellapark. The building, which is elevated on filigree supports, combines the two lower floors into a transparent building structure. Water surfaces and Mediterranean-looking wooden decks in the lush, green outdoor area surround the structure in gentle curves.
