Description

WOODS Munich - Am Olympiapark is part of the new WOODS office generation with the KfW40 standard. The innovative timber building offers 5,700 m² of floor space with 275 m² of terrace and balcony space for up to 16 flexible rental units. Each rental unit has its own exit to the surrounding balcony and a covered loggia - for a work & live ambience close to nature. Two green inner courtyards run through the building and provide plenty of light and a particularly pleasant working atmosphere.

The ground floor offers a rental unit that can be used as office space or - in the case of a single tenant - as a spacious conference area. All tenants have access to indoor bicycle parking, modern showers and changing rooms with ventilated lockers. In addition, 15 VIP car parking spaces with charging facilities provide exclusive comfort. The two-storey entrance area with its green atrium, which is connected to the first floor via a stylish wooden staircase, creates an impressive first impression.
