WOODS Munich - Am Olympiapark is part of the new WOODS office generation with the KfW40 standard. The innovative timber building offers 5,700 m² of floor space with 275 m² of terrace and balcony space for up to 16 flexible rental units. Each rental unit has its own exit to the surrounding balcony and a covered loggia - for a work & live ambience close to nature. Two green inner courtyards run through the building and provide plenty of light and a particularly pleasant working atmosphere.

The ground floor offers a rental unit that can be used as office space or - in the case of a single tenant - as a spacious conference area.
