The historic buildings (built in 1900) from the Neo-Renaissance period in the office complex were extended with new buildings in 2006. The studio building is located in the quiet inner courtyard area, shielded from the colourful hustle and bustle all around. This allows you to concentrate on what is important: Your success.

The floors are connected by an internal staircase. The office space can be divided up flexibly according to the tenants wishes. Archive space and parking spaces in the underground car park can be rented.
