The available office space is part of a spacious campus location in Munich-Giesing. The ensemble was completely renovated in 2020/2021 and the existing building was given a new build quality with the latest technical standards and a focus on sustainability. The completely new design of the outdoor areas opens up many possibilities of use and includes nature and recreational factors. A leafy avenue leads to the objects and is welcomed by representative foyers.

The equipment includes a room layout according to the tenants wishes, high-quality carpeting, new toilet cores and kitchenette areas. The extended equipment variant supplements this with glass elements and component cooling. The conference area with flexible room usage options can be booked by all tenants. There are two casinos on the site. Sufficient parking spaces and storage space can be rented. A generally usable roof terrace with a view of the Alps will be realized. A large bicycle garage with approx. 200 parking spaces is located in the basement.
