FRANZ is the homage to a Munich original and a German icon of television and pop culture of the 1980s: "Monaco Franze - the eternal Stenz". In the BR series of the same name, the building on Sonnenstraße, which has been in use as a residential and commercial building since 1953, achieved fame throughout Germany. The revitalized main building FRANZ Original along Sonnenstraße forms the face of the city and is complemented by the new building FRANZ Neo on the courtyard side of the house.

The offices are very bright thanks to the large windows. They are equipped with LED floor lamps, heating and cooling sails with individual temperature control, some with glass system partitions, and wooden and carpeted floors. In the main building, the cable ducts are in the facade, in the back building a cavity floor is laid. A BREAM certification is being sought. In the underground car park there are 22 bicycle parking spaces, 10 car parking spaces and 4 e-charging stations, as well as showers for employees. The green inner courtyard can be used as an urban retreat. High-quality terraces and balconies are created.
