The ZielstattQuartier is located in the district of Munich-Sendling. A total of approx. 30,000 m² of ultra-modern new office space is available on the campus area. The campus has around 400 underground parking spaces, including electric parking spaces. The ZielstattQuartier also has 200 indoor bicycle parking spaces including showers. In addition, a gym with showers is available to tenants on campus.

There is a roof terrace on house 32 for all tenants. The expansion of the rental space is developed and implemented together with the tenants according to their respective needs and requirements. There are almost no limits to flexibility. The campus is LEED Gold and WiredScore Gold certified. There are fiber optic connections to the rental units. All Internet providers (e.g. Colt, 1&1, M-Net, etc.) can be selected.
