The b3 south was completed in 2010 and
has a passage. The south-facing property has a large, light courtyard in which areas for breaks and rest are created. The object is about 2 meters above the street, a green hedge protects the ground floor and the passage from the street. The façade is made of fiber cement, the floor-to-ceiling windows are enlarged by reveals and catch the light in the bronze-coloured anodised material clad with them.
